April 4 Workday

On April 4, we held our second volunteer workday. About 30 volunteers came out, including girl scouts from Troop 50208. The kids painted tires to be turned into planters, picked wisteria, and helped clear an area that has now been deemed the “kid’s corner”. The adults cleared brush surrounding the future greenhouse, leveled weeds growing between cracks in the concrete, and untangled vines to better reveal the beautiful sycamore tree.
